MEDIATION

How we work together

Mediation is a voluntary and flexible process designed to put you in the driver’s seat. Unlike the family court, there are no lawyers required, meaning you and the other co-parent retain the power to make the best decisions for your family’s unique needs (of course you can always get legal advice and I encourage that).

Mediation provides the opportunity to speak freely and explore all options without pressure as our conversations are confidential and held on a "without prejudice" basis. This creates a safe space where you can focus on solutions at your own pace. Ultimately, this is about your family, your future, and your choices.

The FDR process is designed to keep your children’s best interests at the heart of every agreement.

Ready to take the first step?

It’s completely normal to feel a bit anxious or uncertain about starting mediation - it is natural to worry about how these conversations will go. Please know that my role is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can feel heard and respected every step of the way.

You don’t have to figure this all out alone. Whether you have questions about the process or are ready to begin, I am here to help you find a way forward that works for you and your children. We can meet online or face-to-face or simply speak over the phone.

Request Keri to mediate your family matter or act as your child specialist through Fairway for free here.
